True leadership demonstrated by General Manager - Food Prep
As usual we were eating at the Panera Bread in Richmond KY and witnessed a true demonstration of leadership by Matt, the General Manager. it was about 11:30 AM when the store was suddenly swamped with customers and the food prep line was getting behind because there were 4 registers pouring the orders in faster than they could humanly keep up with. Seeing this, Matt charged in and put out more food than 4 other preparers and in no time they had caught up with the orders and were getting them out in less than 2 minutes. Matt looked like a blurr he was moving so fast and with his help and example they maintained that outstanding service for the rest of the lunch period! Way to go Matt!
