On August 11 2017 my husband was at Hanover MA Panera's he had an accident half sat on chair lost his balance and fell off the chair a customer helped hi back on chair. I went to manager and asked him to call 911 he asked me if it was emergency I said he fell off the chair. He didn't go near my husband he never offered him a glass of water. went to out to wait for the ambulance and came back into the store and he asked me if I still wanted him to call the ambulance by this time our friend called 911. My husband fractured his hip and was operated on the next day. Please train your managers on how to handle a situation like this absolutely horrible response
