In Store number 763 in Midlothian, VA I have a serious concern with the Managers on all shifts. Their lack of attention to the cleanliness and their lackluster attitudes are putting customers at risk of serious health issues. Bread boards and not being cleaned appropriately. How about those with Peanut allergies? Slop buckets are not being cleaned and floors are not being deck scubbed on a daily basis. It is more important for Managers like Brian to stand around smoking and on his personal cell and socializing with the staff instead of mentoring, coaching and training them appropriately. I have personally witnessed some of this, but most recently my neighbors child worked there, but has now since gone back to school. It would be a good idea for an Undercover Boss type scenario to be placed in this store.....Infact I being my neighbor said there are a few GMs in training rotating through this store in the future.
