Panera Bread Complaint

I was at the Panera Bread in Solon, Ohio. And I was the only customer in line ordering, so it wasn't busy or anything. After I received my food, I went straight home from a busy day of running errands and I noticed I didn't receive half of what I had ordered! Now, I probably should have checked my order before leaving, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. On my receipt, I checked to make sure they took my order correctly, which they did, but alas, i didn't get my soup! Nor did they make the changes to my sandwich. So i basically paid for a sandwich that I didn't want because they made it wrong and I didn't even get the other half of my order. I came home still hungry and so angry! I'm very unsatisfied and it's sad that I wasted my money to stay hungry.
