Hair in my sandwich!!!!!

So my mom gave me a gift card to Panera because I am trying to save money and not waste so much on lunch. I go to the Panera across the street from my job (6001 W Waters Ave Tampa, FL 33634) i order a BBQ Chicken Flat bread and when i come back to work to eat it there is a humongous hair like coming out of the flat bread stuck in there. IT WAS GROSS. i wasn't going to call but I did, because I spent 11 dollars on it. I'm disgusted and grossed out by Panera now. the manager just offered me a voucher...SMH. I'm so disappointed and I am soooo hungry now.
