Stale Bagels - Panera Bread Bagels
I purchased a dozen bagels a few weeks ago from Panera Bread in the University Area in Charlotte NC. My family and I had some for breakfast the following morning. Could not believe it, but they were stale!!! I put them in the fridge hoping that could help and then tried some in the toaster and microwave. Nothing helped. Please keep in mind that I have ordered Panera Bagels several times before so this is a first for me. I emailed the company. They apologized and said they would send my concern to my local Panera. Never heard a word from them. I do not know if Corporate contacted them or if they just don't care. Very disappointed that I heard nothing from Panera Bread!!!!!
