Panera Bread Complaint

Horrible Food!
I go to the Panera in Natomas, Sacramento a lot, but for the past last two visits I have bought salads to go, and only to discover that the lettuce is yellow, not fresh and there's a lot of chopped stems. I know that no one would pay $9 for that type of salad. The best thing of that meal was the chips, at least they we not stale. Customers want to pay for a fresh salad, that is why I paid $9. Otherwise, I can make my own fresh salad at home. Wake up Panera, this type of service will have you lose good, loyal customers!!!!!
